Broccoli and Beacon Spaghetti

Madeleines ~ recipe

Madlene (12 madleines)

You will need:
 Plain flour 200g
 Sugar 190g
 Baking powder 5 g
 a pinch of salts
 Eggs(L size eggs 3, M size eggs 4)
 Melted unsalted Butter 200g
 Banilla essences

Instruction:
 1) Shift flour, Baking powder and salt together
 2) Put 1) , sugar, eggs and Banilla essence(7 drops) to the bowl - mixing well until smooth
 3) Pour Butter to 2) little by little. Mixing well.
 4) Filling 3) to the madlene pan ¾ (I use two spoons to fill them)
 5) Put 4) to the preheated oven 180 degree
 6) Bake 15 min until golden

Ready to eat!
