Cooking time 2 hrs
Preparations: Preheat oven 180degree Prepare the lager pan than the cake tin. Pour the hot water up to 2 inch. Then put it to the preheated oven. (Cake will be steamed and baked)
Set the grease paper to the cake tin like below

Instructions:1. Prepare the large pan. Pour the cream cheese , milk, 1/4 's sugar. Set the middle heat2. Mixing well on the heat until creamy and then, stop the heat. Cool down3. Separate egg yolk and white4. Put the egg yolk to the pan and mixing well5. Put the shifted flour to the pan and mixing well6. Using electronic mixer, whip white egg until set - while whipping, pour the sugar little by little7. About 2min later, white egg becomes meringue8. Mix well 5. and 7. Then pour them to the cake tin9. Place the cake tin inside of a larger pan in the oven(Pour the hot water - this cake is baked by steam. If you are using the detachable cake tin, you have to cover it by aluminium foil) 10. Set the 160 degree of oven and wait 30 min11. Set the 140 degree of oven and wait 40 min12. After finishing baking, brought cake and cooldownReady to eat!
You will need: (18cm cake tin)
- Soft cheese 200g
- Milk 200ml
- 4 Eggs
- Sugar 75g
- Plain Flour 40g
