Broccoli and Beacon Spaghetti

Japanese Udon Noodle ~ 40 min recipe

Cooking time 40 min

You will need:
 Plain Flour - 100g
 Strong Flour - 100g
 Water - 100ml
 A pinch od salts

Instruction:
1. Make a salt water
2. Mix salt water and all flours

3. Knead the dough 10 min (I use mixer for knead. Or you can use home bakery)

4. Pour the flours and rolling the dough

5. Cut the dough like pasta (If you have a pasta machine, you can use it to cut the dough)
 

6. Boil the water - pour the noodles to hot water. Using folk or chopsticks, mixing noodle well.
   Boil the noodle like pasta - 15-18 min

7. Drain the noodle and wash them by water (This point, it's different from pasta)
Ready to eat!
