Broccoli and Beacon Spaghetti

Okonomiyaki - Prawn version

Okonomiyaki is the Japanese popular food in Oosaka. This okonomiyaki is very simple and I have healthy.

For 2 people

You will need:
 Prawn 80g
 Plain Flour 100g
 Cabbage about 150g
 Egg 1
 pinch of salt
 some vegetable oil (olive oil is fine)
 (For ready to eat↓)
 Brown source - some
 Mayonnaise - some

Instruction:
1. Cut cabbage like 1cm square



2.  Prepare the flour
 

3. Mix flour, egg and cabbage, and then add some salt for tasting




4. Add Prawn (and then mixing)


 5. Pour the some oil to the hot pan


6. Pour the 4. to the pan and wait 3 min

7.  Using spatula, turn the batter over

8. Put the lid and wait 3 min

Finish!
Ready to eat!
You can put brown sauce and mayonnaise on the top of okonomiyaki
